Months have passed since the first piece of the Soreil’s armour appeared thanks to an old pirate map, but even so, Adrienne's interest in it has not been reduced. After a lot of investigation in some grotty taverns and after visiting ports full of pirates or sailors of all sorts, she found out there were a mount of legends, most of them ridiculous, the tales talking of the famed “Blackteeth’s armour”. However, most of them have something in common, and that was the curse that was said to follow all the pieces of armour.
Adrienne was a sceptic of these stories, because she knew well her family didn’t have dealings with sorcerers, but even more so when after months with her gauntlet nothing had happened to her. She wanted to make things clear and find something true in all those legends, for instance the exact location of the pieces that were missing. So, dismissing the rumours, Adrienne came to that bard that was always with the dwarfet

“Hey, hey, what’s your name?” Her voice sounded far, and at the same time, as close as the very first time.
The image was hazy, but Ben could make out the walls of the houses that had watched him grow, in the same way as the streets and some stores. And before all these blurring shapes that were fading in the memory, there was a figure he recognized clearly: her smile, wide like it always has been.
After a moment of silence, the little girl spoke again.
“My name is Saphire,” she said at the same time she offered her hand, very sure about herself.
He looked at the hand, uncertain at first, without knowing what to do or what to say. He lifted his gaze slowly until his eyes met hers, and he suddenly felt more relaxed. Those eyes had been inspiring sureness in him since the very first time he looked at them. By reflex Ben gave his hand to his new friend, to his only friend in those days, to his best friend since then, to the friend with whom he would later fal

The thing turned out wrong, but after a murder, the things can’t turn out other way. After a few hours getting together the evidences and checking alibis, the group of friends decided it was impossible to point at a guilty before the guard came, and incapables of jail or condemn to death someone innocent, they decided that the guards would have to be the ones making that decision, or in any case, the Foster. The guards studied the evidences, and after thinking carefully about it, they get a conclusion with an only one guilty, because they didn’t want to risk to leave free a murderer around the city and leaving they to kill again, murdering someone from the Foster family this time. The Lord William Foster told the guards that, moreover, someone has robbed them part of the family fortune, and even when half of it was found in the baggage of Richard McDonald, the rest was still missing. The guards noted down to open an investigation, but they couldn’t promise a thing, at

A few months after the incident in the Foster’s farm, who seem to be the real parents of Gem because of their similarities and because they found out that Gem has a pendant that Mrs. Foster lost years ago with her new born daughter, the family sends Gem a letter in which they invite her to their home, saying they have to talk about important issues related with her roots. In the letter they tell her she can come whenever she wants to, their doors are always open, she can spend the night if she needs too and bring the companions she finds appropriate. Gem decides to answer affirmatively to the letter and then start the journey with her friends to the Foster’s house, on the outskirts Denerim, to the west, at the shore of the river.
The summer is over and some cold starts to penetrate the bones in the inhospitable and damp Ferelden. When you arrive to the Foster’s house by the east door, some servants take your horses and indicate to you that the lord and the lady
